Hi, I am using IMC cronos PL to capture run up data (time waveform) from a solar turbine. My machine are only able to provide me the order tracking and waterfall diagram, I was unable to present my data in bode plot which requested by the client. Is there any third party software able to construct the bode plot, or where can I find some reference algorithm for bode plot?

I can't help you with anything relative to the IMC Chronos PL capabilities but in theory, if you have a tabular list of the data that has the 1X amplitude and phase vs speed you could do this in Excel.

As John said you need rpm, amplitude, and phase to make a Bode plot. Do you have this raw data?

Based on his description, I suspect he only has spectral data,and probably did not get filtered 1X data...
Which means he can probably give the amplitude part of the bode plot, by reading off rpm and the amplitude at the 1X peak, but I suspect that the phase information is not present.. But I could be wrong, I am not familiar with the analyzer.. e-mail me at steven dot schultheis at gmail dot com |

Thanks for the info.
I able to filter the 1x from the raw time wave form, however I am not able to produce the phase information. I got raw impulse signal and time waveform, after I apply the manual calculation(I calculate each phase between each max peak to the impulse) I only able to get as my attachment.
