Hi everybody
I am using a datapack 1500 analyser and data collector for scheduled and off route data collection and the emonitor oddyssey software. I faced a problem while trying to download offroute data.Sometimes it will come and sometimes it won't. I followed the procedure available in the manual but the problem is still there. Has anybody encountered the same problem? |

AFLATOUNI,
Make sure you have selected the correct unload options on the Load/Unload screen. Open the Load/Unload window, select "Unload Options" and that should work. Greg FitzGerrell |

Aflatouni,
I have a feeling you have "Smart whatever it's called turned on", or you are not changing the point name when you take the data. If you look in the unload options as Greg mentioned, be sure the "Smart unload" is NOT checked. Then go to "Tools", "Set unscheduled destination". Most use the plant unscheduled. This may already be set up, and the data is arriving there, but it will all be listed under SINGLE POINT MC if you didn't change any of the information when you collected the data. It will list a mag, spec, and twf, and each one of those may have the readings you are missing. CLick on the collection pane, and scroll it down while you are on the "Single Point MC" in the location pane. See how many measurements are there. Dave |
