I was looking through the Revision3 media the other day and they reviewed gamer's keypads. I got to watching it and thought, "hmmm, I wonder if it will work with my CSI program."
Make a long story short, bought it for about $25 bucks, hooked it up and remapped the keypad to match the hotkeys in 5.1. Works like a dream. I only have to touch the keyboard to mark my priorities. I keep the mouse in my right hand and keypad on the left. Shortened up my time in front of the screen. Ummm, do I need to mention anything about fmax or peakvue to keep this on topic? Aubrey |

Interesting.... and a good reminder that we sometimes get so comfortable with the way we do things, we miss opportunities to improve.
I bought an HP 22" monitor last week, thinking I'd be more productive if I kept more windows open at one time. I think it will work, but my old laptop doesn't drive it at high enough resolution to make it work. I think my new Dell will, if I ever get it out of the box (it's good to be 'busy'). Regards, Rusty |

If your new Dell will work two monitors you can run your old monitor and the 22 incher at the same time.
Even Bill Gates acknowledges the value of monitor real estate space. I think my report would be on one monitor and my vibe software would be on the other monitor. Aubrey This message has been edited. Last edited by: Aubrey, |

I have seen Aubrey's approach work with Dell Latitude D620's recently so would assume it will work on later models.
