Is anyone else having trouble getting 2130's in a timely manner after being purchased? We ordered two, one came after twelve weeks and we still have not seen the other one. Also the accessories have not been seen.

I was just wondering if CSI had so much business they couldn't keep up.

We ordered 3 2130's on the trade in program CSI has, in mid December. We got our 2130's and accessories the 3rd week of January. Its hard to imagine they have fallen that far behind in that short of time. What does CSI have to say for the length of time it is taking to deliver them? We did have 2 cables shipped with the 2130's that were not right. We shipped them back and they overnighted the right ones to us.

The 2130 is faster and easier. We have the advance analysis program on our2130's, so there is preset points for Order Tracking, Orbit Plots,Bearing/Gear Peakvue etc. Its nothing that cant be done with the 2120 though. I actually dont see that much difference between the 2. I work at a papermill and it traded the 2120's in on CSI's trade in program since the 2120's are supposedly being phased out.

They told us shipping times on the boxes were 8 to 10 weeks. We have waited a lot longer than that on the last box, They said it shipped last week though.

Each customer has an assigned account manager I think. If you find out who that is, and develop a 'relationship' with them (basically, just always talking to this one person), you will get better info and response I think. I have been dealing with the same person at CSI for 13 years now and she always takes care of me.
