Hey all, we've got an 1800 rpm generator that may have loose stator wedges. I know rotor wedge problems can be picked up pretty easily through vibration testing, but has anyone seen a vibration reading that shows Stator wedge looseness (or other stator wedge problems), or is there an accepted method of finding rotor wedge problems?

I would think unbalance due to bowing would increase due to thermal variations if the problem was severe enough, but that's just a guess.

Any generator vibration experts out there who can lead me in the right direction?
