i have a data collector enPAC 2500 working through Emonitor Odyssey softwear, i have two licence for this software but i can only use one of them and i can not install the other one with out the vendor suporrt and for the bad luck we dont have a support from the softwear agent, the problem what if the server of the software or the pc which the software installed in face a problem ,in this case we will loss all the data and the system,i need advice .....
