Hi does anybody have the procedure or know where I can get the procedure for doing an alignment on a 295 BE shovel or any shovel MG set alignment procedures .Any help would be great .Thanking you in advance ,Keith

I have aligned MG sets on 295 BE shovels for about ten years. They can be a challange. If you want to add your e-mail address, I will see what I can do to help you. I just did some vibration anlysis and some cross chanel phase anylisis on a 295 BE shovel last week. The set was found to be shaking at 8 mills and the exciter generator to be 165 degrees out of phase from the crowd generator in the vertical plane. So it will be interesting to see what we will find out next week.
