I'm currently running Odyssey Enterprise 3.1 and need to know if the Enpac 2500 is supported. I see in the load files that there is no 2500, only 1200.

What say you Rockwell users....(or have you all jumped ship?)....don't tell me I'm the only one left.

Mr. Reliability,

V3.3 is the first one to utilize the 2500 drivers. You can use an earlier version, but it mimics the 1200, and doesn't do much.

With Rockwell's help, we were able to use the 2500 with v3.20.

Dave - I was able to pull orbits off our Bently racks. The 1X filtered orbit didn't work route-based, but I collected it with the off-route option without a problem.

Dave,

Looks like the upgrade to v3.3 is in order. Once again Rockwell has me by the short ones....another few thousand to satisfy their voracious appetite for $$$$$.

Does anyone use the Web Client for loading and unloading data collectors??? I'm looking into having a server set up with v3.3 loaded to it and just letting the techs load and unload from there. Can you also analyse via the web client or do you need a vertual desktop for that?

Thanks for any ideas...

Chuck

Chuck,

I'm not sure about the web client. I have never used it. It originally was for Remote analysis. You collect the data, IRD would analyze it for a fee, Winkand then upload the report to your part of the server. You would then download report and do with it what you may.
I don't know what they are doing with it now.
Sorry Frowner Whatever it is, I bet the fee side of things has went up since mother Rockwell has gotten involved Big Grin

Steve,

Supposedly the orbits will work with Odyssey now. I haven't tried it, don't have a need or place to. But there are some others Beta testing that says it does.
