This may seem like a stupid question but,as I am ignorant about vibration analysis,it's not to me. What kind, if any,readings can you take on a vibrator motor as far as vibration goes?

You can usually take the normal readings, but the velocity spectrum will be dominated by operating frequency and its harmonics. You can also take demodulated readings like PeakVue or Spike Energy and track bearing defects.
