I have an IRD 885 and I can´t to load it the OP SYS. In the screen only appears the following information:
A>echo off
MS-DOS (R) is a registered trademark of Microsoft

COM1: 9600,n,8,1,-
Bad command or file name

C>_

If a try to load te OP SYS by executing "LOAD885", several "*" starts to appear but suddenly they stop and only one "-" remains running in the screen and the OP SYS doesn´t load even if I wait for 20 minutes or more.

Someone would like to help me in this regard?
I really will appreciate your valuable help.

The communications setup must match:

Com 1 9600 baud non-parity 8 bit 1

Make sure they are the same and re-try.

I already checked the parameters that you mention and they are correct, but the problem remains. Could you have another solution?
