Thanks for the reply. Not sure what happened here - went from an apparently urgent problem to phone calls not being returned. ?? Probably get a call tomorrow wanting to know why no one is there to balance the fan. |

Keith, my in-and-out alignment/balance job ended up lasting to 11 p.m. (good for me, no so good for them I guess), so I guess it all worked out OK.
