Over the last few years I have downloaded some calculators through links on this forum. One was coverting from velocity to displacement to acceleration. Another one was a key length calculator. My computer crashed last week and I had to re-format my hard drive and lost everything. I thought one of the calculators came from the DLI website but I looked there with no success. If anyone knows any links to different calculators, I would appreciate the info. Oh, I did try a search for calculators on this forum but with no success.

Thanks,
Ronnie

Thanks for the kind comments about Vibcon. It's nice to know that the program I created is appreciated by many people.

There are versions at CTC as the above post indicates and at DLI Engineering. They do make it a bit difficult to find:

The two versions are slightly different. The DLI version has dB units first. The CTC version downplays the dB units but adds a belt-speed calculator.

I have some new features under consideration. Now if I could just find where I put my spare time. It seems to be missing!

I uploaded a key length calculator I wrote in Access. It would even draw a little picture--most of the time. Was this the one you're looking for? I'll have to dig it out of the archives.

Here's a Key length calculator that I stumbled across, in Excel format. Seems to work fine.

Thanks guys. Those were exactly what I was looking for. Jon, the vibcon was one of my favorites. There were a couple others not specific to vibration that would covert any thing from length to to speed to force but not sure where I found those. A lot of stuff can be lost in one flash of lightening. Maybe I need to practice my backup skills. I guess I am fortunate though, two days of work and all I had to replace was my sound card.

Thanks to all,
Ronnie
