Ron,
440-646-3434?, then 3,6,2 It's certainly different. However, I think the support group is coming on. It's a little hard to understand some of them now, but the old timers (long in tooth) are still providing some good service. I do know what you mean about commtest though. I just got hit with my e-safe invoice. If I had an Enpac with no problems, I wouldn't re-up the esafe. And as soon as we get a trouble free Enpac, with the modules that all work, I'm going to slide by the wayside. Dave |

Dave,
I admire your optimism. Good luck obtaining a trouble-free Enpac. Everyone I know of is fed up with Rockwell. John J |

You may have not dailed the correct option please try:
Dial 440-646-3434 Option 3 for Tech Support Option 6 for ICM / Entek Products Option 1 if you have an existing case number or Option 2 if you want to speak to the next available engineer. |

must be a regional thing. Support for Australasia I have found very good other than the heavy accent of the tech support guy that means I have to "say again?".
He's very patient with me. Mike. |
