new job, new industry, same problems.

Several troublesome fans have base plates with immense, but relatively accessible voids underneath.
Are there grout injection services and product suppliers you recommend? Closer to Illinois the better.

Thanks,

Is the grout otherwise in good condition? If it's starting to crumble then it's time to pull the fan and re-grout completely.

The installation is a year or so old.
The grout appears to have been mixed relatively dry and packed or "placed" in from the 3 accessible edges, not flowed.

Dan,

Here is a good product that I have used for many years:

http://www.chockfastgrout.com/homeitw.html

They can provide the material and probably a vendor contact for pressure pumping. If the existing grout is real bad, then most of it should be removed first. Would you build a new house on an old crumbling foundation? Did you change companies; send me an e-mail?
