I would like to get feedback from users about this vibration analyzer.
I am currently using a vb-3000 from Commtest & need one more. Quite happy with that, but do need transfer function & coherence now, as well as compatibility with ME'Scope. Except for CSI & VCI, I could not find any data collectors with these features. Any information about other products would be most appreciated. Regards, Aditya |

The Entek/Rockwell dataPAC1500 has Frequency Response Function as an option. That would cover your transfer function with coherance. I use it regularly. You could probably pick up a good used one.

Vibrant Technologies has a long list of data collection devices ME'Scope works with.
The SKF GX-S70 has an FRF program and will take ME'Scope data in the route mode and download it directly to the program. I assume the GX-M70 (no FRF program) will also take the data. I have both datacollectors, but have not tried either one yet. I primarily use the Iotech ZonicBook 618E 8-channel analyzer with eZ-Analyst and a triax accel to collect data for ME'Scope and it works very well. You have to save the data twice, once in regular analysis format and once in ME'Scope format if you want both. The triax accel with multiple channels really simplyfies the testing as well as being a huge time saver. |
