I had taken a load trial of apump .The motor is of 132 kw and 2985 rpm.Vibrations in the motor and pump found normal.Even the G value ok.But apprxtly every 1minute,a hissing sound coming from motor NDE .Even the DE bearing found slightly hot.Can anybody help

Hissing and pulsating are two different things.

Maybe a Cobra caught underneath?

Interesting...never heard the term "hissing" before.
Questions to ask:
- Did maintenance recently add grease? If so, its possible it was overgreased.
- Take some Demodulation or PeakVue data to confirm no problems in HF range
If this and all else seems fairly normal...I would just trend the data (vib and temp) for now.
