After getting the cascade dat downloaded, I'm trying to assign the off-route spectra to a measurment point. I am unable to assign about half of the spectra I select. The data was collected continuously and with low resolution so that the acquisition time was less than one second. The date stamps only go down to the second so I guess the software is seeing some as duplicates even though the tachometer input shows the difference in speed.
Does anybody know how I can get it to tell the difference between 14:10:35.1 and 14:10:35.8? Thankd again, Danny |

I'm in the beautiful city of Hopewell, soon to be in Chester, VA.
Been going like a dog, figured you were too. I assume from your reply that RBM ware will not allow you to change the time stamp? D |

Dave,
I think I would need to change the precision that the software recognizes in the time stamp to fractions of seconds. All of the spectra that I was not able to assign have what I suspect is the same time stamp since they occurred during the same second. I had hoped that the tachometer change would be enough to convince the software that they were not duplicates, but not to be. The winder that I am trouble shooting ramps up very fast and changes at about 150 rpm per second in the initial start-up. You are right-I am busier than ever. Plus Ross blew out his knee and I am having to do all of the work. That was dammed inconsiderate of him. The lengths that todays youth will go to to get out of a little work. Later, Danny |
