Mr. Greg

I have had good luck with the epoxy on this page. You just have to make sure the surface is clean and you get the glue mixed well. We have 100s of points in place using this. http://www.stiweb.com/proddata/cmcp200series.htm#Acrylic%20Adhesive%20Bypacs:

What epoxy did you use? And what about the mounting points were do I get them? Can I use flat washers?

I'm looking for a low cost way of adding points.

Flat washers will work, IF they are flat (most aren't since they are stamped). I like Loctite Depend adhesive. Needs to be "fresh" though. You could use a "spot face" tool (get it from CTC) and simply machine a spot face at each point. The pilot bit will leave a slight (around 1/16") dimple though. Not a problem if the casing/casting is thick enough.

Also this! Studs are about $3 made on CNC, Transducers SUPPLIED have Quick Fit base attached!

FYI

I used these, however large customers manufactured their own studs, similar pricing!

The washers should be flat just like the earth. That could be another post.

By the same logic, the magnets should be rare, like the earth.

Although the earth is also 2-poled. Confused
