Confused
Dear Sirs,
Please help me.I have a bucket elevator which Flender gearbox mode D3BH12D(input speed 1452 RPM, output speed 32.8RPM.I suspect the cause is coupling misalignment.I had align it but overall vibration value is still at unacceptable level.I also check soft foot and crack frame, it ok.Overall value change to load. Please refer to attached file for more clearly

If the overall changes with load as you said I would look at the pillow block bearings on the bucket conveyor.

Thanks for your help.I had cheched and tighten all hold down bolts at baseplate.Because I use old coupling .I afraid the centerline of the motor shaft and the coupling didn't coincide. If it's the truth, may it cause unacceptable overall vibration?
