When I try to load a list to the card in the Omnipro reader, it builds the load file, but I get: epm.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Information on the eror is: appname: epm.exe appver:8.0.0.10 modname: ntdll.dll modver:5.1.2600.1217 offset: 0000b2ab
There is also an error report appcompat.txt(243kb). It creates a folder on the card ~pl302 that is empty.

Windows XP pro desktop, Omni Drive Pro card reader, Odyssey version 2.2c.

The card is used in a Dataline.

Everything in 2.2c works with XP except for loading/unloading lists.

Any ideas on how to load/unload lists to the card?

You may be looking at two problems. The SRAM card has to have attributes for XP. The older cards do not have attributes. It is my understanding that Odyssey 2.4 is the first version XP compatible and it is not an official release, just a temporary fix until version 3.xxx came out. Besides all that, I never could get my Omni Drive Pro reader to work consistently. I know from previous threads that others have had success with the Omni Drive Pro.

You may need the proper driver also. It has to be an sram driver not a pcmcia driver!

It looks like the problem was a security issue.

One of the folders that Odyssey needs to write to was write protected. After getting approval to have write access to the folder, the lists load to the card. I have not yet had a chance to try the card in the Dataline, collect and retrive data. Hopefully within the next couple of days I can do this.
