to the ppl who uses the RBMware im facing always that problem when i add a new equipement when i add the motor i choose the AC induction and then enter the speed then press next the error appear asking for the synchronous speed how i can get it or calculate it ?? if anyone know plz help

What speed are you entering at the first place it asks for the speed?

Synchronous speed for and AC induction motor=2 x Line Frequency/the number of poles.
