It looks like you have glitches at the probe areas which adds 2x component in your signal. The overall levels for 60Hz machine are not too high. What this machine was tripping on? What are trip (?) setting for radial vibration probes?

If you look only at filtered orbit it shows only 1x but look at the waveform and waterfall spectrums. You'll see that 2x stays almost the same at different speed and wafeform indicates some glitches. Also 2x is predomiant at the operating speed if I see your plots correctly. If you'll correct your probe path the overall vibration levels will drop.
Just my 2 cents.

Please clarify that "tripped" is a vibration limit trip (vs. motor overload trip)??

Seems to me blower outboard vibration starts to "blow up" as you approach final speed; then a sudden drop in levels. Compare with motor levels that coast down after the trip.

My guess? Resonance
If the trip is vibration limit then this seems more likely.

More information would be helpful.
What is the history of this blower? Is it a new installation or rebuilt?? Are there other blowers similar and, are they seeing same problem?

Regards
Jim P
