Hey Folks

Quick question about the 2130.Today while doing some routes the 2130 lost it's mind and started cycling through points and equipment and would not stop.I shut it down and restarted it and it seemed ok for a few minutes and then it all started again. Has anyone else seen this happen on other 2130's.If yes what was the fix for it.

Is it possible that a key in the keyboard get stuck? Does it happen when you strike a specific key? Not a behaviour specific to 2130 but to other things with keyboards that I have used. Olov

Dear Lee,

We had a problem with 2130 when the power went off suddenly while collecting data and could'nt start it again. As per advice from CSI Representative we pressed the RESET switch and got it solved.

This could be possible I turned it off and on again then i was able to get a couple of points taken and it started again maybe the enter button is sticking but the wierd part was it was rolling through points and changed to cycling through equipments

I had the screen freeze on and that was the fix that c.s.i.gave me as well.If all else fail;s reset different problems same fix now who woulda thunk that thanks guys I have sent the unit on its way back to the factory and while I was at it the new sensor that I managed to drop and put a dent in it is also going to the hospital.That one is going to take more than a resetif ya know what I mean
