Can any one help me how to set up the bearing fault frequency in CSI RBM database.
Does we have to go through the RBMvizard or database set up option. I already have created the route and defined the measuring points, but couldn’t find how to set up the fault frequency.

I'll try, but I don't have my database in front of me to follow.
From Database setup, identify the point that you want apply fault frequencies to (highlight that point).
On the righthand side of the screen, using the button row, click on "Edit". Note: the button row sometimes is not seen until your mouse arrow is moved all the way to the right.
Again, on the button row click on "Fault Frequencies".
The next popup should be for entering fault frequencies.
In the first column, type the bearing type (style, name, etc..).
In the second column, input bearing (brg). There should be a drop down option arrow.
Highlight the name (the name that you typed in) in the first column and click on "Bearing or Comp? ID" in the button row to the right.
The next popup should be for selecting the particular bearing of interest.
In the top right corner of the popup, type in the first three letters of the bearing brand, or just leave blank.
In the larger box (I think labeled "Brg ID") just below the first box. Type in just the numbers of the particular bearing.
Again on the button row to the right, click on "Find Bearing".
A list of bearings in your bearing database should be generated.
Highlight the bearing of interest. Write down the component ID number to use for addition points. Click on "Select Brg".
Click OK until you return to the database tree. Continue to the next point using the same procedure as above, but use the written component ID number in your fault frequency popup. Then OK back to the tree and move onto the next point.

Another way is to go into database setup, tree structure, highlight the machine, not the point, and on the right side of the screen select edit, modify points, modify fault freq. On the right side of the screen you can toggle between simple and detailed mode. I prefer simple. Seven bearings can be defined here. 1st field: define bearing i.e. skf 6313, 2nd field: drop down box select brg, 3rd field requires ID search, 4th field toggles between CSI database, or User which will be any bearings you have added to the database, 5th field is number of harmonics up to 24. Input all fields except 3rd. Then select ID search, input bearing name and number i.e. skf 6313, make sure in the upper right corner it says file->user if you want CSI database. I know that sounds misleading but it is a toggle which allows you to toggle to user which means you are in CSI. Click ok on bottom right and a list of bearings will appear. Double click the bearing you want. It will input that bearing ID into your setup. On the right you can click Dup Forward and a box will pop up asking if you want all measurement point included. If yes, click yes and all measurement points on that machine will have the fault frequencies you selected. If you want different frequecies for each point do not click Dup Forward, Just click ok and you can set each point separately and at any given point you can Dup Forward. I like doing it this way because I can duplicate the setup on severals points. For instance a pump sub might have two different bearings within a few inches of each other. I will define both bearings at once and duplicate through the entire pump. I can view either bearing's fault frequencies on any point on the pump.
