Hi,
100 HP DC motor, bearing is an SKF 6214.
On a 1000hz HFE spectrum, I am seeing peaks at multipules of the bearing FTF of 0.4128 orders.
The part I find strange is that the highest peaks are with multiples at 10, 20, 30 times FTF. IE: 4.128, 8.256, 12.384, 16.512 etc with the largest peak at 4.128 at about 0.006g's.

Any thought on these peaks?

You are probably seeing the 1st-4.128,2nd-8.256 & 3rd-12.384 harmonic of BPFO!

I would guess what you are seeing at "10x ftf" is really the outer race frequency of 4.1 orders instead of the cage freq.
