Easy,

Set up Mag reading in Measurement pane. Select collection specification Mag/Phase.

And hope you don't get the message "1 point not loaded due to unsupported function". Roll Eyes Mad
That's the message you'll get on the newest op system. Hope they correct it before it goes to distribution.

If you haven't found the mag reading setup yet, then you don't know whether or not you will get the "unsupported function" message. It will only appear when you try to load the EP.

Unsupported Function occurs when one parameter in the measurement definition pane is not supported by the data collector.

Ensure filter is set to 1st Order.

Yes Wayne,

I believe I now remember that filter having to be at first order. That is probably what I have wrong.
Thanks,

Dave

It is located in the collection specification for that magnitude point. The easiest thing to do is create a collection spec and call it Phase. Then when you want to include phase for a particular machine or point, you can use that collection spec.
If you don't understand what I'm talking about, you need to get some one on one training on Odyssey. Wink

The column will appear when you actually collect the data. When you click on the magnitude reading that includes the phase collection spec, the value will appear in the data history window under the "Phase" column.

Ahmed,

Phase column is always available when using Magnitude data history pane.

To change phase units go to SETUP>OPTIONS>GENERAL database, to configure.

Eng. Ahmed - I assume you are based ME region?

We (my company)are not a product vendor, just a service company.

Several Seminars are coming to Dubai/Abu Dhabi 2007. I suggest you use search (engine) to meet and communicate with experts in CBM field for the ME region. Maintenance Management and Rotate are annual conferences. All vendors are welcome? Look forward to seeing you all. Many other conferences are available through different (seminar provider)companies and vendor in the ME region.
