I don't quite get it. Did she do something she wasn't supposed to do as condition of her parole? Or did someone else release her when they weren't supposed to?

The judge went easy on her at first for 'good behaviour'. She was to be incarcerated for 23 days of a 45 day sentence. The sheriff released her without a court order to serve 'house arrest' with an ankle bracelet instead. The judge was angry. Hilton was ordered to appear in court, and she sent her lawyer instead. The judge was very angry, and sent bailiffs to pick her up, and she was dragged in in handcuffs (and no make-up for the cameras) and the judge put her back in prison, now to serve the _entire_ 45 day sentence. The sheriff claimed to have released her for health reasons, but there was no paperwork so the judge ignored it. There was much wailing and screeching and beating of breasts over it all, as Hilton screamed that it wasn't fair.

Sweet.

I don't like her anymore than anyone else, but I'm not sure it's "justice" when she gets harsher treatment just because she is a celebrity. The average stay in the L.A. county jail for misdemeanors is 10% of the imposed sentence; people are routinely released due to overcrowding. In Hilton's case, that would be 2.3 days of her 23 day sentence. She didn't really get special treatment, just the same sentence as Paris Jones or Paris Smith would get.

Are the people of L.A. county really better off because she is taking up jail space that might be better used to hold someone who represents more of a danger to society? Confused

I don't see the link between a local US sheriffs illegal acting, Miss Hilton's escapades and vibration/alignment/balance issues? Confused

Arie, if you read the article it says that her body was "shaking" constantly. Seems like that applies to the vibration forum.

I think there may have been misalignment between the judge and the sheriff. This seems to be supported by the 180 degree opposite behavior (when corrected for orientation)

And there was no real resonance between the judge and the sheriff.

The judge kept looking at his watch and annoucing the time waiting for the medical papers. Is this a example of time waive form?

There was certainly some unbalance at the defense table when the judge announced "Back to the pokey" too Wink

By the sounds of Paris when they told her she was in for 45 - a good example of a shock test.

This sentence has imposed quite an impact on her unstable psyco causing excessive stress and irreversible damage of her bearing system.
