I have a G.E. 7.5 horsepower moptor that lists a drive bearing as AFBMA 249A7112AB. Does anybody know an interchange bearing for this or have the fault frequencies?

I've attached AFBMA interchange info but the number you've listed doesn't look right. You should double check the nameplate.

Brickbat,
Looks like a GE Part No. to m. The chart Joe provided represents the AFBMA bearing no development.

The motor in question is a 7.5 horsepower, 1760 rpm motor. The frame size is 213T. I do not have the model number, and I did double check the bearing number. The opposite drive end bearing is a 6307.

The information I can find indicates a max type bearing with C3 clearances. I am unable to find an actual size though. Sorry.
