Have started shipping (in a manner of speaking) PDF to interested parties...

The PDF shows the Vibration PROGRAM Management Scorecard that John Mitchell extended from other people's material.

Keep in mind it is a program management Scorecard, and NOT a technical review or measurement audit technique.

It is unfortunately inevitable that some ideas will be rejected, but likely not without discussion (unless really, well, off base).

We credit ALL contributors (unless they wish anonimity). Hope some people will be interested.

I have every hope of getting this online by April 6th or so...

Also, was thinking of simply making it a PDF of the draft document and given the initial phase will be peer review, sending it out by email...

It then allows space to bother people (once) to get feedback and opinion...

Any thoughts on this?

Presently putting finishing touches to doc before pdf-ing file.

The draft will be sent to those interested in participating.

We'll likely start a thread herein if people then want to exchange on various points.
