I have only just joined the forum, but have been very interested in the subject matter whilst trolling through past postings. However, I found the forum by accident when googling for AFBMA conversions and found exactly the information that I required, so now I have another request.

I am after information on NORD gearunits SK11E, SK62N and SK32N, what I want to know is what rolling element bearings are fitted to these units and what are the number of teeth on the gearwheels and pinions. I have made numerous attempts at getting this information from NORD via their website, but have never received a response, so if anyone has experience of these units and their details then it would be much appreciated if they could share this information.

Ian, you likely aren't supplying enough information for the information to be tracked down. You will need to supply (beyond the model number) the exact order number and serial number of the units in question. These are "catalog" units and certainly the tooth combinations will vary from unit to unit depending on ratio. To a lesser extent the bearing numbers may also vary.

You might also try contacting (once you have the info mentioned above) the Technical Support people on the attached.
