I am scheduled to attend a thermographic imaging seminar in four weeks. Can anyone suggest an inexpensive resource I could get to help me at least understand the terminology and give me a little preparatory back ground?
Thanks. |

Go here and download the file "Principles of IR Theory". It is somewhere around 1.7 MB. A good place to start.
http://www.mikroninfrared.com/new/support-manuals.shtml Also go to snellinfrared.com and look for backissues of thinking thermally newletter. Also go to www.infraredtraining.com and look for backissues of inframation newsletter. |

These are good, quick online suggestions. If you'd like to get a text that is a good overview, Herb Kaplan's book is $40 from SPIE, and you can order it online in-stock.
