I am normally lurking on the V/B/A forum, but I have a question for the IR people out there.

I have a nephew that is recently out of high school and looking for a career to work towards. (It seems his visions of NASCAR driving have met with reality.) Can you folks point out some good online articles that would give a young person (or any novice) some idea of what the IR field is about?

An there are also some sites with message boards. Although you should note that sometimes the information given on message boards are not always reliable and may be marketing hype. Some boards are:
