We have been having problems with our welding cables blowing out. But no one can figure out why. I can see heat at the connection of the cable but when they take the cable loose they see no problem with the connection. If someone could please give me any suggestions please do so.

When you say that teh cables are blowing out, do you mean from the crimped connection or the bolted connection?

Often times the cables get weak at the crimp from moving around suring operation.
