I have been looking on the web for an Infrared Conference to attend and was wondering if anyone attended the Infraspection (IRINFO The Conference) last year. Did you find it to be a good conference and worth attending in 2006?

It's been a number of years since I've attended IR-INFO, so I can't comment on the current state. For the past several years, I've attended Thermal Solutions, put on by Snell Infrared. Thermal Solutions websiteI've been involved in IR for 15 years, and I still get significant value from this conference. I've attended with folks who were just starting out in IR, and they also were very satisfied. It's worth a look. Perhaps someone who's attended both can chime in.

Another conference to consider is EPRI Infrared User's Group. If I'm not mistaken you don't have to be a utility member to attend. I haven't been to any of the conferences yet but have seen the EPRI minutes and it looks pretty useful.
