I thought i read a post that asked if breaker panel covers should be pulled. I find this a lot and encourage everyone to pull the covers. Looking at the breaker not much can be seen, once the cover is pulled the wire has the casing burnt back about 4". Sorry to add so late I dont see the posting anymore but thought it was worth it.
