What can IRT do in concrete? What make IR capable to inspect defect in concrete?? What principle was applied on this job!! Anybody has experienced on it?

There are several applications for Concrete.

Dilamination, moisture infiltration, Structural detection (Reinforcements), Insulation presence.

I seem to get a lot of calls to locate leaks in masonry walls Mostly CMU (Block)and also to verify the presence of insulation and its adequate installation.

There is an insulation company that calls me on occasion to verify they got a good fill in masonry walls once insulated.

Based on your experience(s), what is the best time to do the inspection? As per my first question, what principles make IRT able to perform the job?
