Bob,
Can the heads-up display be used with bi or tri focal glasses? I have a concern that the reading distance might be an issue with this vision. |

I dont really wear glases other than safety glases so I dont really know the answer to that from personal experiance. I did see them used on prescription glases so I doubt it will be a problem. I would say its like using a viewfinder, this can be used with or without glases, you simply adjust the ocular setting for your own eye.

I used it before and I need glasses to read. It has been about 3 years since I used it, but I think that it can be focused for your own vision.

Terrence,
I support and understand your questions. Does either company support the national maintenance associations? Do they support independent learning forums or do they operate in a closed manner? The maintenance and reliability community provide a healthy amount of revenue for each of these companies and perhaps it is not too much to expect that they show up to provide value back to the community that supports them so lucratively. I see the Mikron add on this site. Do they support the community? For many of us the price and functionality is key to the purchase decision. |

Bob,
A friend of mine just received a quote from Flir and they have the software as Thermacam QuickView. Do you think that this may be an error? Don |
