How do you store and distribute grease for your lube team to use?
We use approximately 200 cartridges of grease per week on our site. At the moment we just give the lube team a box and send them on thier way. We are looking for a storage device that they can access so it will provide them a catridge and also give us an idea of our stock levels.
We are currently going through a %s Program and introducing the Lean concept accross our site.
