What transformer and circuit breaker tests are predictive other than DGA? i have a routine (yearly) DGA program for my transformers i understand if you want to make sence out of these results using IEC 60599 you have to trend them over a period of time to check increase or decrease in gas levels.What is the best software to do this? Is there any software out there that i can use to coodinate my condition monitoring results into my monthly maintenance plans?

Have u been complimenting this with other condition monitoring tool? i strongly believe the IR camera will asisted u.

I strongly recomend keep in mind check the temperature instruments with a rutine test of accuracy some times this instruments don`t work well and remember the high temperature, the water content reduce the life of oil and the transformer, you can visit www,nttworldwide.com they have the most complete test analysis for insulating oils is the Dissolved Gas Analysis-DGA PLUS, also you can buy there a maintenance low cost software, I hope this can help you.

Please do check also if there are leaks at transformer units. You may use ultrasonic leak detector to do that. It cost some but you will find it reliable to your preventive maintenance.
