can anyone reccomend some equipment and simple testing procedure we can do in house rather than out sourcing all our oil analysis, I'm hoping we can do minor procedures and if anything out of the ordinary pops up we can outsource for more involved testing
Thanks

There are various onsite go/no go tests that can be done, what sort of equipment do you want to monitor? Noria have a good book on onsite testing,Sourcebook for used oil elements (From memeory its in this book). Would be happy to send you some info, drop me an email, admin@lubemate.com.au

To much Information...too much hassle. Who's doing the actual analysis for you, in house ??? for the cost,(it's not that expensive $30-$40) sent it out, and recieve solid analysis and recommendation from people who know. Try Emerson Process management.
