Dear All,

Most of the particle count offered these days are laser and would not want their laser particle counter to be checking black engine oil.

Does anyone know of any recommendatio, brand or particle counter that can measure black engine oil ?

Regards,

Rolly Angeles

Particle count (or any one method of testing) is not a do all for every appliction. Particle Quantifier — Ferrous Density, Direct Read (DR) Ferrography and Analytical Ferrography would be more applicable.
