We already carry out oil filtering on our gearboxes. I find the results very good. We have several machines that are difficult to get an oil replacement to happen on. With the filter cart however we put in position with crane at the start of a shutdown and get it down sometime later. This way there is no interuptions with production.

LUBE MATE, Have you used these units before? They look to be a good alternative, thanks I will definately be reviewing our stratagey for those hard to get too places.

Just tried a 3/8-diaphragm pump with a ½ inch filter manifold (3 micron, beta 75) couple with hydraulic quick connects and hoses. It works great with little money!!! (Less than 500CAD) Best regard,
