Can anyone advice on laboratory information management systems, like Trakka , Bently Lube, COAST (from Spectro) and Passport (Predict)? Which are better?

It may not be possible for users to use all these softwares while working. So somebody got to review them to get their similarities and differences. Maybe some lubrication specialists will be able to do this. Alternatively, perhaps websites like www.noria.com may have done so. Just do the literature survey....

VENDOR ALERT

Take a look at dmsi's MAINTelligence offering, they have a lubrication management mobule that will allow you to not only manage your lube routines but import oil test data from pretty much which ever test lab you are using.

I am sure they can provide you with references to contact.
