I'm looking for a "Best Practice TPM Lubrication Room Example". We have a lubrication room that we keep the color coded lubricants/lubrication devices in the plant for operators' use but we want to change the configuration regarding the "fool proof use" and the GMP / HACCP rules. I will be glad if you inform me and send some sample photos/drawings.

Also consider looking at Visual Systems by Gwendolyn Galsworth. This is about Visual Workplace/Practice concepts and have a couple examples of what some places have done.
