I am wondering if anyone can help. How to setup new oil analysis console program in plan?

To check is oil by producer declaration establish procedure of sampling, sending to lab, read report results (which parameter to control) what are standards in this area, any article or book where I can learn more about this are recommended...thanks

Try getting onto the Noria website they have a great deal of training packages suited to all diferent levels.
Setting up a new plant can be extremely daunting but also very rewarding if you start with the basics and build up to a full program.
