Does anybody has experience designing soft balancing machines for small rotors like turbochargers?

Could you give me some understanding on the machine, eg. turbocharger:Size n capacity need to be addressed?Design is one thing but getting to get it work is most essential.Please include some of your previous turbocharger pictures as an example.
