Someone put in a work order against a piece of equipment. It has a work order number and it is scheduled, but it does not show as a work order when I bring up the piece of equipment, it only appears under work orders. What are we doing wrong?

U haven't mentioned the name of work-order management system (the soft ware). Possibly, your system might be designed like that.

Remember, check your filter. Up at the top of the window, there are fields, including the equip number. You can check the filter settings in work order tracking where you can see the work order, and make sure they match for viewing from the equipment application.
