Would appreciate if anyone could reply to this post with addressses of companies who are the best auditors of implemented CMMS/ MAXIMO for an organization. The idea behind getting an audit is to check the gap analysis of our organization against ROI of CMMS.

If you have detailed information about your maintenance costs before the CMMS implementation started you should be able to make a good attempt at calculating ROI yourself. I have attached a document about this that may help.
