I think if you need to trigger calibration dates in CMMS< you hvae to make PM schedule in it. For tracking whether calibration data is right or wrong, this is done outside cmms.

What I'm looking for is triggering a PM that would record calibration data on a machine. I am very familiar with CMMS's but I don't know a lot about calibration requirements. Example: What gets recorded (units of measurement)? What are trigger requirements? Anything else valuable to check on calibration like which instrument is doing the calibration? I need to know how to implement calibration requirements into our existing PM structure.

Then get the calibration reqt's from the user or discipline like Instrument section.
