What is a CMMS vs what is a EAM?

What is behind the acronysm, I mean, what is required from a system to be properly called a CMMS? a EAM?

A CMMS must have:

• Electronic equipment master data record
  
• Work order management module
  
• Scheduling module
  
• Purchasing module
  
• Materials / spare parts warehouse
  
• Reporting module (standard and customized reports)

Am I missing something important?

The most important thing,
People willing to work with the system, and not using another obscure sub-system, hiding the real costs of doing busines
